Sunburst Properties' Experience

Sunburst Properties, Inc. was formed as an outgrowth of Stan Walker’s experiences with Pacific Western Capital Corporation in developing large ranch properties and residential developments across the United States. Sunburst Properties explores the development of moderately sized suburban land parcels to meet the demands of affordable housing.

Subsidiary companies of Sunburst Properties, Inc. include Lakes of Summerville, LLC; Sunburst of Savannah, LLC; and Sunburst of Bluffton, LLC. Mr. Walker founded Lakes of Summerville, LLC--the “Lakes of Summerville” subdivision-- in Summerville, SC in 2002. Sunburst of Savannah, LLC-- “Savannah Highlands” subdivision – in Pooler, GA was founded in 2005. Mr. Walker also founded Sunburst of Bluffton, LLC—“Southern Oaks at New Riverside” subdivision—in 2005 in Bluffton, SC.
