J. Stanley Walker - President and CEO

Stanley Walker is the founder and sole owner of Sunburst Properties, Inc. and subsidiary companies Lakes of Summerville, LLC; Sunburst of Savannah, LLC; and Sunburst of Bluffton, LLC. and Harry Patten cofounded Pacific Western Capital Corporation. Prior to starting Sunburst Properties, Mr. Walker developed the 211 single family community of Sunburst Lakes in Summerville, SC. He is also the cofounder of Pacific Western Capital Corporation, which has successfully developed large ranch properties, other residential developments and resort properties across the United States, including Lake Murray, SC. Mr. Walker gained his management and sales experience through his progression from sales associate of Georgia Box Inc. in 1975 to President and CEO of the company in 1994.

Robert L. Bishop - Vice President

Robert Bishop, a licensed South Carolina general contractor and real estate broker is the chief operation officer for Sunburst Properties , Inc. His background includes commercial construction projects such as the Tradewinds Restaurant on Isle of Palms, SC and the Shem Creek Inn in Mt. Pleasant, SC in addition to construction of over two hundred single family residential homes in the Charleston, SC area. He is responsible for overseeing all of Sunburst Properties developments.
